The Delhi NCR CleanTech & Sustainability Hackathon is an intensive project-building event targeted at software programmers, IoT hardware developers, environmental scientists, and engineering students. Set in New Delhi, this hackathon provides a collaborative platform to tackle pressing environmental challenges facing major urban centers. Over a continuous 36-hour window, teams will collaborate to build working prototypes that utilize internet-of-things (IoT) sensors, predictive data analytics, and mobile applications. Problem tracks include real-time air pollution mapping, AI-based automated recycling segregation, residential water conservation systems, and community solar grid balancing software. An attached hardware lab equipped with basic microcontroller components, 3D printers, and testing equipment will be accessible to participants building physical products.
