The Chennai Smart City Innovation Hackathon is a competitive, fast-paced, 36-hour product development sprint that challenges software developers, UI designers, data analysts, and IoT hardware enthusiasts to build real-world technological solutions. The event focuses on creating working software applications and prototypes that address critical civic, environmental, and infrastructural issues faced by modern urban centers.
Teams are given direct access to mock urban datasets and API endpoints, allowing them to construct data-driven tools.
