SOI Academy Orchestra

SOI Academy Orchestra presents an evening that celebrates young musical talent, orchestral artistry, and the joy of live performance. Formed through the SOI Music Academy, the orchestra features students who receive structured training in their instruments along with music theory, history, chamber music, and orchestral playing.

Under the direction of Marat Bisengaliev, Artistic Director of the Symphony Orchestra of India, the young musicians come together to perform a varied orchestral programme. The current programme features works by celebrated composers including Dmitri Shostakovich, Georgy Sviridov, and John Williams, alongside other orchestral favourites.

The performance offers audiences an opportunity to experience the discipline, energy, and passion of young musicians performing together as an orchestra. It also reflects the Academy's emphasis on giving students regular opportunities to perform and develop their musicianship in a professional concert environment.
