The 2026 Sadhya at The Tanjore Tiffin Room features an extensive spread of around 30 dishes, with rice at the centre and a variety of curries, vegetables, pachadis, thorans, pickles, and festive accompaniments arranged around it.

Look forward to traditional favourites such as sambar, rasam, avial, olan, kaalan, beetroot thayir pachadi, beans thoran, puli inji, raw mango pickle, papadam, banana chips, and other festive accompaniments. The meal concludes with two delicious varieties of payasam—Pal Payasam and Sharkara Adapradhaman—bringing a sweet finish to the elaborate feast.
